Shipping and Returns Policy
Wilsen Willim has a 3 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Wilsen Willim has an easy return procedure. When using our free return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse, as long as you are using traceable shipping option. Wilsen Willim will issue a full refund including the shipping cost from us to the customer; with exception from if Express shipping has been used. The return shipping fee will not be refunded.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. It is your responsibility to keep the item(s) in a perfect condition just like you received it. Wilsen Willim has the right to reject returns if the item(s) is returned in these conditions: without tags, dirty, worn, torn, or damaged.
- Download and complete our return form here, include it inside the box.
- Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
- Arrange your own delivery to our warehouse. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to ensure the items will reach our warehouse within 10 days after you receive the item(s).
Purchased items are exchangeable only into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at …..
Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Please note that if you are based outside Indonesia, you may need to pay taxes and duties on exchanges and additional orders.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's bank account for Indonesian based customers or credit card or PayPal account if you are based anywhere outside Indonesia.
If the complete order is returned a refund will include Wilsen Willim shipping costs. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to Wilsen Willim within 10 days upon arrival, we will issue a refund latest on day 10. In case we have not received a written proof of a return, we allow 30 days to issue a refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tags and seal still attached.
For local returns, we prefer that items are returned through TIKI or JNE and for international returns, we prefer that items are returned through UPS to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure and traceable transport.
